Contextualizing the Inhibitory Potency of E-4031-17The potency of E-4031 inhibition of IhERG found in this study is similar to that in prior investigations using mammalian cell line hERG expression [,]. Comparable electrophysiological data for E-4031-17 have not hitherto been reported.
