Police were called just before 6pm on April 26 about a suspected drink driver who crashed into parked cars in Ramnoth Road, Wisbech, and was trying to leave. The driver, Andrius Baltuska, 41, was arrested after he failed a roadside breath test and blew 117 in custody – more than three times the legal limit of 35. Checks on police systems found that his licence had expired and was therefore uninsured.

Charles Linsey, 30, of Brick Lane, Mepal, appeared at Huntingdon Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, May 24 where he was remanded in custody to appear at Cambridge Crown Court on June 20. He is also charged with stalking, criminal damage to a vehicle, engaging in controlling or coercive behaviour, being in possession of a firearm – namely a single action revolver, and causing a computer to perform a function with intent to access unauthorised data.
