Emmy Award-winning comedian Katt Williams will perform at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville on Nov. 14. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. April 11 at Ticketmaster.com, with prices ranging from $59 to $250. Williams is known for his stand-up comedy as well as roles in film and television, including a guest appearance on the show "Atlanta" that won him a Primetime Emmy Award.

Army and Marine Corps units are conducting live-fire training on Fort Bragg during the month of April, the Army installation announced April 3. "Recognizing that these booming sounds of freedom can disturb our neighbors, we limit the amount that can be fired during periods of darkness," Fort Bragg said in the news release.

Caribou Coffee is opening its first Fayetteville location on April 4 after a slight delay. The new coffee shop is located at 2606 Bragg Blvd. and will be open daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.A second location in Hope Mills is expected to open in late spring or early summer. Caribou Coffee is opening its first location in Fayetteville on Thursday, April 4, the North Carolina-based chain announced in a news release this week.
