BATTLE CREEK - It's been an impressive back-to-back seasons for the Lakeview softball team. Last year, the Spartans won a district title for the first time in more than two decades. Lakeview followed that up with a Southwestern Michigan Athletic Conference championship this season. Add an All-City Tournament championship and the Spartans have been getting it done on the softball diamond recently.
