Nestled on the corner of Garfield and MLK, this barbershop is just as historic as the street it sits on. Gaulien Smith, also known as Gee, started cutting hair at the age of 12. Now, Smith owns Gee's Clippers, a staple on Milwaukee's north side. Celebrating Black History Month, WISN 12 News' Blake Eason took a trip down memory lane with Smith after almost 30 years in business. "Thankful, you know, it's definitely been a ride," Smith said. These days, Gee's Clippers is much more than a barbershop.
