Milwaukee Public School Board Director Darryl Jackson is under investigation for allegedly not living in the district he represents, according to a newly unsealed search warrant obtained by 12 News Wednesday. The warrant, originally filed in August 2024, reveals that the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office received information suggesting Jackson, last year, was not living inside District 3 - the area he represents.

People living in southeast Wisconsin reported seeing a strange object floating in the sky Sunday. "Whether it's flying or floating, it was a UFO to us," Jason Schodeberg, who saw the object in the sky from his front yard in Germantown, said. Aerostar, an aerospace and defense company that has existed since the 1950s, identified the object as one of their "Thunderhead" balloons. "It's a new technology.

Police body camera video obtained by WISN 12 News shows Greenfield police officers were surprised to learn that Amando Lang, accused of a violent and random murder in 2019, was no longer in a mental institution and had been living freely in the community after his mother called 911 on Father's Day. Lang's mother called dispatchers and reported that her son was having a "reaction from his prescription medication," according to a police report.
