EVANS, Ga (WJBF) Cheryl Flowers teaches A.P. Pre-Calculus and Advanced Algebra at Evans High School. She understands that Math can be a daunting subject at first. “I just try to find ways to help me understand it better,” Flowers says. “And fill in those gaps for the students. Because a lot of them have a hate for Math when they get to me. And so just trying to nurture them and build relationships, and through the relationships they want to be successful.
