It will start to roll at 10 a.m and run until noon through downtown Chillicothe. This year's theme is "Peace on Earth." Typically, the Chillicothe Chamber of Commerce chooses an annual theme for the parade that is timely or a theme the Chamber wants the parade to reflect into the community, said Crystal Narr, executive director of the Chillicothe Area Chamber of Commerce.
