WALTHAM, MASS. (WHDH) - A new park in Waltham is creating parking problems for residents of a nearby neighborhood, who say constant traffic and few available spots are giving them a headache. The park on Trapelo Road opened last month and has been a popular destination. It features a sensory-friendly playground, a splash pad, an 18-hole mini golf course and a 47-acre nature area.

But when no one showed up to start the work — so they called Solve It 7. “There’s so many nice neighbors, this place is a senior community,” said Laurel. After years of hard work, Steve and Laurel Cohen found the perfect home to live out their golden years. But, they wanted to add a porch. “We thought it would be nice to sit out here and see a neighbor go by. We love to be outdoors,” said Laurel.

She is just she’s my buddy, and she is a rock of a person,” said Heather Carroll. “I love my mom. We like to hang out a lot together,” said Jadyn. From enjoying the outdoors, to playing cards at home, these simple moments mean everything to Heather and Jadyn.

BRAINTREE, MASS. (WHDH) - Years of work—and one final test. But a Braintree man’s path to be a master electrician license was blocked—without warning or explanation. Looking for answers, he turned to Solve It 7. “My father was a plumber and he said it was dirty work so he told me not to do that. My uncle was a carpenter and said that was hard work so I decided I didn’t want to do that… I became an electrician,” said Kyle Sampson.
