Ryan Day isn’t expected to be as aggressive in the transfer portal this spring, as most of the Ohio State Buckeyes’ transfer portal additions came in the winter. However, the Buckeyes could add depth to the defensive line if the right player comes along. Following the spring game, Day admitted he would have to look at it. Ohio State going on to win a National Championship last season after losing to Michigan doesn’t happen without a strong locker room that is united. It took some tough conversations to make the improvements needed to go and win it all, that is exactly what Ohio State did. Every team has leaders and Ohio State had some good ones last year like Will Howard, Jack Sawyer, Cody Simon, Lathan Ransom, Donovan Jackson, TreVeyon Henderson, and more.

Five-star OT Felix Ojo is the No. 3 recruit in the country at offensive tackle and the No. 7 overall player in the country. The talented offensive tackle has his official visit to Columbus scheduled for May 30. In the following weekends, he will take officials to Michigan, Texas, and Oklahoma.

Ohio State Buckeyes faced a big decision last offseason with who they wanted to be their starting quarterback. Following Kyle McCord’s transfer portal entry, the Buckeyes had to find a starting quarterback. That quarterback decision worked perfectly for the Buckeyes with Will Howard, and they went on to win a National Championship. On the flip side, McCord’s exit worked out for him, and he had a solid season at Syracuse. Now, both quarterbacks will be drafted in just over a week.
