At some point, there needs to be a cap on the number of transfers allowed. Either that or if college students want NIL deals, then they should have 1, 2, 3 or 4-year contracts attached, complete w/ buyout amounts if they want to leave.

Prince Edward County with a major deal on this Monday morning. They’re selling the HIT (Heartland Innovative Technology) Park to AVAIO Digital to use as a data center. If that name sounds familiar, it’s the same company that’s been working with Appomattox on a similar project.
