ALBANY, NY (NEWS10) — The Christian Brothers Academy (CBA) Boys Lacrosse team kept their unbeaten record with a 9-8 victory in overtime. Senior Nolan Emanatian scored the game winner for the Brothers in the extra period. It was Bethlehem who cracked the scoreboard first, Liam Barra scored his first of three goals in the contest just minutes in. CBA responded immediately, Michael Berben II netted a goal less than a minute later to even up the contest.

ALBANY, NY (NEWS10) — The New York Phoenix took care of business against Capital Region rival, the Albany Patroons, on Tuesday night winning 114-105. This was the third matchup of the season between the Phoenix and the Patroons with each side winning one of the first two. The Patroons jumped out to the early lead, controlling the opening minutes of play. The Phoenix would quickly battle back, responding with a strong stretch of their own to take a 2-point lead after the first quarter.

SCHUYLERVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — After falling behind 4-0 in the first inning, the Schuylerville baseball team battled back to beat Coxsackie-Athens 7-6 on Friday afternoon. The Riverhawks jumped out to the early lead in the first inning when Logan Weinstein tripled to drive in two runs. Coxsackie-Athens would tack on two more in the inning on a sacrifice fly and a balk. Schuylerville slowly started climbing back.

The Blue Streaks jumped out to the early lead with a four-run first inning, headlined by a Jack Rigabar RBI double. Saratoga would threaten again in the second with the bases loaded, but Seamus Armenia worked his way out of trouble, ending the inning on a strikeout to escape the jam.
