Denton police received four similar reports of vehicle burglaries in hotel parking lots overnight between Monday and Tuesday. According to the reports, the burglar or burglars targeted work trucks and vans, and stolen items included tools and a firearm. Police spokesperson Amy Cunningham said only one of the reports made explicit mention of another burglary. So, it’s unclear if officers believe all of them are related.
