Honor Flight volunteers, like Duane Froelicher, are called guardians. Froelicher has served as a guardian since 2015. While he never enlisted in the military, Froelicher has a deep respect for those who did, including his dad. "My dad was an Air Force veteran," Froelicher says. “He went in the Air Force in ’62.
