Emergency crews are on the scene of a police-involved shooting at Toronto Pearson International Airport, the province’s Special Investigations Unit has confirmed. Peel police have confirmed that a man was shot at Pearson’s Terminal 1 this morning. Police said the officer involved was uninjured. “This is an isolated incident and there are no known threats to public safety,” Peel police said in a post on social media, adding that delays can be expected at the terminal.
