Defence Minister Richard Marles has attacked the Coalition's defence spending during an appearance on 7.30. That proposed spend is $21 billion over a five-year period and was announced earlier today. However Marles told 7.30 host Sarah Ferguson that there was no substance to the spend. "There is no explanation of how the money is going to be raised," Marles says.
