    NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WPDE) — Residents of Harbourgate Marina witnessed an unprecedented scene Sunday night as a heavy police presence descended on the area in response to a mass shooting on a boat in Little River. Darren Fields, a resident, said he saw at least 100 officers from multiple agencies at the marina. "They had everything concentrated underneath the building here from like where we’re standing to the end of this dock down here they have some cops up on the bridge," said Fields.
