The Magna Vista boys soccer team suffered an 8-0 loss to Christiansburg on Friday in the region championship, and will now go on the road to open the state tournament. Christiansburg, the No. 1 seed in Region 3D, ran through the region tournament with ease, outscoring opponents 23-2 in three games on the way to the title. Friday's loss snapped a 13-game winning streak for Magna Vista, the No. 2 seed in the tournament.
