A Sharpsburg water tower has been leaking a continuous stream of water for the last five days. “We typically use this path for walking. Two days ago, we saw water spurting out of that thing, looks rusted or whatever, we were going to call the township,” Gary Free said. Walkers tell us they were surprised to see the water still spraying down on Tuesday. “It looks like it’s getting worse, actually. Agents at the Pittsburgh FBI office say they've now gained access to Thomas Crooks’ phone. They are analyzing his electronic devices. They've finished searching his home and car.

School sources told me Thomas Crooks was not on the rifle team, nor did he try out for it. They have no reports of him being bullied. Students & teachers told me he was smart & extremely quiet. Neighbors say he walked outside often and could be described broadly as "odd".
