A Korean War veteran in the South Hills has become one of the hundreds of veterans to get a new roof as part of the roof deployment project through Owens Corning and Habit for Humanity of Greater Pittsburgh. Michael Sirochman served as a corporal in the U.S. Army and was drafted into the Korean War. If you ask him about it, he says serving the country was an honor. "You have to serve your country, and you try to do your best, and I am glad I got back home," Sirochman said.
