ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. — Rogers County Emergency Management says they're getting ready for the possibility of ice and snow throughout the county. FOX23 spoke with Director of Emergency Management Scotty Stokes who said they're hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. TULSA, Okla. — BLOSS equipment company says thieves broke into their property and tried to steal tools from them. Video shows a person in a black hoodie trying to pry open lockboxes on of their work trucks. They say the thief in the video worked with an accomplice to steal a bunch gas cans full of gas, an auger bit for drilling holes and a set of keys. The thieves also broke out one of the truck's windows. "It's really frustrating," BLOSS Equipment Company Owner Timothy Holmsley said.

Nineteen-year-old Caleb Cooperrider was diagnosed with a form of leukemia two years ago at and is now in remission. Caleb said the treatment he's still completing has been rough, but playing the drums has helped give him something positive to focus on. "I connect with music, like emotionally," he said. "It's like therapy to me."That's why Make-A-Wish partnered with a local music shop, Drum World, to build Caleb the kit of his dreams.

JENKS, Okla. — Space heaters beat back the cold at Jenks West Elementary after a gas leak left most of the school with no heat. "We send the kids to school just bundled up in blankets, and they absolutely love it, because they love to take their blankets to school,” said parent Jennifer Young.
