    Sunday's Mid City Gras parade in Baton Rouge has been postponed, the group announced Saturday in a Facebook post. There is a 100% chance of rain in the Baton Rouge area on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service, with 1 to 2 inches of precipitation possible. The parade was originally set to roll at 1 p.m. along North Boulevard to the theme "Squirrels on Film!" The group said it is "working on a plan B," and plans to give an update early this week.

    One man died after a shooting on Oswego Street Friday night, according to the Baton Rouge Police Department. Officers were called to the scene shortly after 9 p.m. Robert Hills, 37, was shot in his vehicle, police said. He died at the scene. The shooting remains under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call the Violent Crimes Unit at 225-389-4869 or Crime Stoppers at 225-344-7867.
