The All-State football player and basketball District MVP will leave behind a very storied prep career in Goldthwaite. Sanderson notably reached 2,000 career points earlier this basketball season.

WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Robert Wright III has shocked the Baylor basketball fanbase as sources have told ESPN the All-Freshman Big 12 guard is expected to enter the transfer portal. The former No. 1 overall point guard in the Class of 2024 was expected to be the anchor of next year’s team. After averaging 11.5 points and 4. 2 assists per game, there was little speculation about him entering the portal. His announcement comes over three weeks after the transfer portal opened on March 24.

KIRKLAND, Washington (KWTX) -The Central Texas All-Stars from Little River Academy split their double header Sunday on day one of the Junior League Softball World Series. After falling to Indiana Little League of Pennsylvania 8-4, the Centex All-Stars redeemed themselves with a dramatic 9-6 victory over Quebec, Canada. Centex lost a 4-1 lead to Canada and found themselves down 6-4 in the top of the sixth inning.
