Williams logged one minute in Game 1 of the Finals between the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Indiana Pacers. Nonetheless, it’s a remarkable accomplishment for the former University Trojan and TCU Horned Frog. Since 2020, Williams has become a mainstay on the prominent Thunder team after going undrafted in 2018.

TEMPLE, Texas (KWTX) - Wednesday (6/4) Temple ISD named Stacy Largent as the head baseball coach at Temple High School. According to a press release from the school district, Largent has been a head baseball coach for 18 years, and led programs at Lake Dallas High School, Carrollton Creekview High School and Frisco Independence High School. Largent is a graduate of Howard Payne University and was a three-year letter winning on the university’s baseball team.

AUSTIN, Texas (KWTX) - Goldthwaite sophomore Walt Thompson won his second 2A boys golf state championship in a row after shooting a 68 on Monday. The second round of the tournament on Tuesday was canceled due to storms in the area so Monday’s scores were used to determine the winner.
