Optical communication telescopes (OCTs) on motion platforms are essential for the establishment of global-scale optical communication networks. OCTs with high pointing accuracy can reduce acquisition time and increase acquisition probability. The pointing accuracy of OCTs is influenced by mechanical structure errors, structural wobble errors, and attitude measurement errors. Existing pointing error correction models for OCTs on motion platforms have limitations in addressing these errors.

AbstractMost current research is devoted to electrochemical nitrate reduction reaction for ammonia synthesis under alkaline/neutral media while the investigation of nitrate reduction under acidic conditions is rarely reported. In this work, we demonstrate the potential of TiO2 nanosheet with intrinsically poor hydrogen-evolution activity for selective and rapid nitrate reduction to ammonia under acidic conditions.

4. DiscussionThis study discussed the effects of strike–slip faults with different bend types on a PAB, including the morphology of the PAB, the subsidiary fault density, and the fault number and proportion. The subsidiary fault features are deduced through an example. 4.1. Morphological Characteristics of the PABIn the planar view, a PAB associated with strike–slip faults exhibits spindle, rhomboid, or lazy-Z shape morphologies related to subsidiary faults in the PAB [].

Abandoning the Proteinopathy Paradigm in Parkinson Disease—Not So Fast To the Editor Espay and Okun1 recently proposed abandoning the proteinopathy paradigm in Parkinson disease (PD) in favor of a “proteinopenia” hypothesis. Loss of function as a possible mechanism for PD and other neurodegenerative diseases is not a new idea, and we agree that multiple potential mechanisms underlying neurodegeneration should be investigated.
