Avant Realty, which has hundreds of real estate listings throughout Buffalo and in the region’s suburbs, and its owner Charles Glander, were named defendants in a lawsuit filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Buffalo.

A simple way to allow the public to see what happened re: Granville? Release the body camera footage from all of the officers who responded. Police have done this before, for civilian deaths. It's unclear why it couldn't be done now.
