1. IntroductionPediatric-onset inflammatory bowel disease (PIBD) is a chronic inflammatory condition of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, including Crohn’s disease (CD), ulcerative colitis (UC), and unclassified IBD. The incidence rate of PIBD in China has increased in recent years [1,2]. The pathogenesis of IBD involves the environment, genetic predisposition, immunological system, and microbial flora [3,4].

1. IntroductionSuicidal ideation and behavior are critical concerns for children and adolescents experiencing severe psychological distress, particularly among those subjected to adverse experiences such as bullying (Louise, 2017). Research indicates that approximately 10.86% to 30.5% of adolescents in Europe have admitted to having thoughts of ending their own lives (Kokkevi et al., 2012).
