The NHANES database (https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nhanes/index.htm) contains the data used to conduct the current analysis. To improve the statistical power, data from 1999 to 2018 were combined to increase the sample size for this project. The NHANES protocols were authorized by the NCHS Research Ethics Review Board and each participant in the NHANES study provided signed informed consent form upon enrollment.
