APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Timeless tales and coming-of-age dramas are among the Broadway musicals hitting the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center stage in its upcoming season. Officials revealed the 2025-26 lineup Monday to an enthusiastic crowd of more than 1,300 season ticket holders, donors, group leaders and special guests. In total, the 2025-26 season is comprised of 21 acts across four different series.

The Secret Gardens of Johns Creek returns May 1 with a driving and walkable tour of our community's remarkable gardens. While the tradition of the annual garden tour was interrupted last year, as was nearly everything, volunteers committed to a spectacular revival as soon as possible. All involved agree, an extra year for the gardeners to primp and prune, and an extra year for the event organizers to prepare has made for the greatest Garden Tour yet.

Many cardiac arrests are caused by an arrythmia, either ventricular fibrillation or ventricular tachycardia. In either case, if left untreated, these abnormal rhythms can cause death within 10 minutes. While CPR can maintain blood flow to the brain, it typically cannot convert the electrical system of the heart back to a normal rhythm.

Orlando Area Rowing Society has hosted the OARS Invitational Regatta for 26 years in central Florida, welcoming 28 clubs and 1,500-plus rowers and thousands of spectators from Florida, Georgia, and beyond. High school races took place on Saturday, March 9. Masters and middle school took place on Sunday, March 10. This year’s regatta featured additional racing opportunities for middle school, including sculling events. Pictured: Sarasota Crew’s Gwen Hazel, stroke, and Maya Schultz, bow.

And just like that, they were gone. Less than two weeks after coaching Southern Methodist University to a historic top-10 finish at the 2023 NCAA Rowing Championships, Kim Cupini left Dallas for the University of Tennessee. But she didn’t just leave. A good portion of the SMU team—athletes and coaching staff—went with her. In all, 17 student-athletes and three coaches went from Dallas to Knoxville to become the core of the 2023-24 Tennessee Volunteers women’s rowing program.
