An argument that doesn't apply solely to London - in fact would be weird if it was a London thing

The UK government should not, for a decade at least, be investing money in London's infrastructure. But Sadiq Khan is absolutely right to say London needs that investment, and London getting what it needs is good for Britain. We can solve this,... almost everywhere else does it.
