Archbishop Williams High's Alana McNamara has been voted the Chick-fil-A Hanover High School Girls Basketball Player of the Week. The freshman received over 24,000 votes to earn the honor. McNamara scored 23 points in a 59-48 win over Fontbonne Academy. And this week's candidates are... The MIAA high school football Super Bowls are now underway at Gillette Stadium. Fairhaven and Hudson will battle in the Division 6 state championship at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 4. Eight Massachusetts state champions will be crowned this week at Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots. In seven of the eight divisions, schools are vying to defend their state titles. That includes the Blue Devils, who defeated Salem, 28-22, in last year's final. No. 1 Hudson enters play with a 12-0 record.
