May 15-A new sign has popped up near the horse ranch on Columbus Parkway at the site of the new proposed Scotts Valley Casino in Vallejo. The sign popped up soon after a decisive ruling in late April by judge Trevor N. McFadden that denied efforts by three outside tribes to intervene in the Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians' lawsuit challenging the federal government's reconsideration of the key gaming decision.
