SpaceX is planning a Falcon 9 rocket launch from Launch Pad 39A at Kennedy Space Center at 9:30 a.m. The rocket is carrying a batch of Starlink internet satellites into low-Earth orbit. The weather forecast shows a 15% chance that weather will delay the launch at the start of the launch window.

    MELBOURNE, Fla. - Police in Melbourne are looking for the person who set several fires in the construction area for an Aldi grocery store. The fires were spotted Sunday morning at the former Winn-Dixie store on East Eau Gallie Boulevard, which is being turned into an Aldi. Police say a construction worker saw one of the fires and called 911. Police arrived at around 10:30 a.m., but the suspect was able to run away.

    OCOEE, Fla. - An Ocoee man arrested over the weekend on charges of driving under the influence and fleeing a crash scene apparently never had a driver's license, according to police. Jail records show Exalin Osberto Escobar Perez, 30, was arrested Saturday after a crash at the corner of AD Mims Road and Wurst Road in Ocoee. The arrest report has not been released yet, but police citations say Escobar Perez had a blood alcohol level of 0.244, three times the legal limit in Florida.

    ORLANDO, Fla. - Florida lawmakers are no closer to releasing a budget proposal, and on Friday, state House leaders told representatives that they shouldn't expect to be in Tallahassee next week. House Speaker Daniel Perez, R-Miami, sent a memorandum to lawmakers, promising that they would get enough time to make travel and scheduling arrangements before they need to return to the state capital. "We continue working closely with the Senate toward a final budget agreement," Perez wrote.
