ORLANDO, Fla. - On Monday, the Florida Lottery announced the winner of a $1 million prize from the FLORIDA 300X THE CASH scratch-off game. In a release, lottery officials said that the winner - Johnnie Pleicones, 61, of Orlando - claimed the prize from the Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee, opting for the lump-sum payment of $695,500. The release shows that Pleicones had bought the winning ticket from ITIG Quick Mart, located at 7105 S. Orange Ave.
