A quarter of public servants say they are using artificial intelligence (AI) at work. Of more than 1,800 respondents to The Mandarin’s Frank and Fearless survey, 26.67% said they were using AI in their current role. State-based respondents were slightly more likely to be using AI than those at the Commonwealth level, at 28.79% compared to 24.96%. Frank and Fearless respondents were most likely to say they were neither excited nor concerned about using generative AI, at 32.19%.
