The Hampton and Peninsula Health Districts say advisories are lifted for Anderson Park and King-Lincoln in Newport News, as well as Buckroe Beach South in Hampton.     NEWPORT NEWS, Va. — Cynthia Scaturico has won the Republican primary for House District 70 in Newport News. Scaturico will go on to face the Democratic incumbent Del. Shelly Simonds in November's general election. Scaturico defeated Hailey Dollar in Tuesday's primary election, with unofficial results showing her leading Dollar 74% to 26%. Scaturico was born in Illinois, and then in 2014 she moved to York County, where she worked at Smithfield Foods.
