    NEW YORK (PIX11) — The month of June started out on an unseasonably cool note with morning temperatures in the 40s and 50s around the tri-state area. Fortunately, though, the sun peeked out from time to time, and temperatures made their way into the 60s and 70s. Central Park saw an afternoon high of 66 degrees, which was 9 degrees below normal. In addition, winds were an issue as some areas saw gusts in excess of 30 mph. You can expect conditions to cool down again this evening and tonight.

    NEW YORK (PIX11) — It was another bright and warm day around the tri-state area, ideal for an outdoor Mother’s Day celebration. High pressure kept away any wet weather, and plentiful sunshine boosted temperatures into the upper 70s and low 80s. Central Park saw an afternoon high of 77 degrees, which was 7 degrees above normal. You can expect conditions to cool down as we move into the evening and overnight hours. Temperatures will drop into the low and mid 60s in most areas.

    NEW YORK (PIX11) — Tri-staters spent Sunday under the umbrellas as a slow-moving storm system continued throwing wet weather our way. Fortunately, no severe weather was seen, and the rain was primarily on the light side in most areas. In addition, conditions were noticeably cooler than yesterday, with afternoon highs only reaching the mid 60s to the low 70s. We’ll cool down ​slightly this evening into tonight, but temperatures are expected to remain fairly steady.

    NEW YORK (PIX11) — The tri-state area enjoyed a beautiful Easter Sunday as sunshine blanketed the area. It wasn’t as warm as it was yesterday, but temperatures were still at seasonably mild levels. Central Park clocked in with an early-morning high of 73 degrees, then temperatures cooled into the mid and upper 60s for the afternoon. In addition, winds were an issue again, with some locations seeing gusts of over 40 mph. We’ll cool down a bit more as we move into the evening hours.

    NEW YORK (PIX11) — It was another gray and gloomy day around the tri-state area as a storm system continued to funnel clouds in our direction. Fortunately, most locations had little if any rain to deal with, and it wasn’t as chilly as it was yesterday. Central Park clocked in with a high of 56 degrees, which was a good 10 degrees warmer than Saturday afternoon. Winds were kept at bay as well. Expect the clouds to remain in place as we move into the evening and overnight hours.
