AbstractThe first of several phase 3 trials examining efficacy in relapsing MS has not been able to demonstrate a significant benefit and has also raised important safety concerns. More results are on their way and it will be important to understand whether the safety signals identified are drug- or class-specific and whether other BTKi also fail to reach their endpoints for relapsing MS.

1 INTRODUCTION Food allergies (FA) typically occur via two mediatory pathways; immunoglobulin E (IgE) mediated or non-IgE-mediated, that manifest as distinct clinical phenotypes.1 The most common form, IgE-mediated FA, is considered to be rising in prevalence and severity, particularly in Western Europe.2-4 However, discrepancies in self-reported, physician- and oral food challenge- (OFC) confirmed data lead to difficulties in quantifying the true incidences of FA.5, 6 Indeed, a recent...

Intraoperative MRI (IoMRI) during brain tumor surgery offers an immediate assessment of the extent of resection and localization of residual tumor, provides updated anatomical information following brain shift relative to the preoperative anatomical images, and rapidly identifies potential surgical complications such as intracranial haemorrhage.1, 2 Therefore, IoMRI facilitates maximal safe tumor resection, reducing the need for early reoperation and improving overall survival.3-7...

Polygenic scoring is an approach for estimating an individual’s likelihood of a given outcome. Polygenic scores are typically calculated from genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics and individual-level genotype data for the target sample. Going from genotype to interpretable polygenic scores involves many steps and there are many methods available, limiting the accessibility of polygenic scores for research and clinical application.
