Did you know @bookingcom do a fantastic rip-off offer? It involves advertising a room in York at Ashbourne House, paying for it but when you get to there, booking doesn't exist, b&b chucks you out, @bookingcom do not answer phone then on email refuse to refund money. Disgrace
