    TULSA, Okla. — A Tulsa County judge dismissed rape by instrumentation charges against three Sperry high school students Wednesday morning. The teen boys were accused of sexually assaulting a classmate and were charged as adults. This incident is believed to have happened last October, and investigators say the incident was allegedly videotaped and sent out before it was brought to the police’s attention.

    TULSA, Okla. — About two hundred parents and community members gathered Thursday morning outside of Carnegie Elementary School in south Tulsa. State Superintendent Ryan Walters visited the school to praise teachers and students for making great strides in literacy. Tulsa Public Schools says Walters and other elected officials spent the morning observing students and educators engaging with Amira’s literacy platform.

    NANYANG, China — Customers and stylists at a barbershop in China were left running for the exit when a cow forced its way through the door of the shop. Cameras in the shop show the cow walking up to the shop and pushing the door open. The cow then starts running through the shop, knocking over furniture and everything else in its way. The cow eventually calms down and stands at the counter like it’s waiting for service.

    The Wagoner County Sheriff’s office posted body camera video of a recent incident involving a man who was having a mental health crisis. WCSO says Wagoner County Deputy D. Wells was awoken by a neighbor coming through his front door who told him there had been a disturbance at the neighbor’s residence and they needed assistance. Lt. B. Kammerzell, Deputy J. Cox, Deputy B. Oliver, and Cherokee Nation Marshall Service arrived on the scene to assist Deputy Wells.

    INOLA, Okla — The Inola Longhorns are the grand-prize winners of T-Mobile’s Friday Night 5G Lights. Inola was chosen out of 1,700 entries from across the country. T-Mobile awarded $1.9 million to 300 schools, but T-Mobile says the Inola Longhorns went above and beyond the others to earn the multi-million-dollar grand prize package. The grand prize includes a $100,000 grant for the school and a state-of-the-art weight room courtesy of GronkFitness.com.
