Rain chances will be in the forecast this weekend. If you have outdoor plans, you’ll want to carry an umbrella, just in case. The Weather Authority will be tracking an area of low pressure to the southwest of the Tennessee Valley which will lead to a chance of scattered showers by mid-to-late morning Saturday. Any showers that do develop will pivot into our area from the southeast. Rain chances continue into the afternoon. Winds will breezy out of the east, with highs in the upper 60s.
