As we have done annually for many years now, we recently sat down at the enormous Andretti Autosport Hospitality facility at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway to get his perspective on the NTT IndyCar Series and the upcoming 109th Indy 500.

It was quite a week in Augusta, Georgia, with sellout crowds and the crowning of a Masters champion and the newest member of the ultra-impressive “Grand Slam” club, which gave all true golf purists great joy as everyone watched a legitimate golf superstar accomplish both. As usual, the pristine setting gave those in attendance an experience that one famous television commentator refers to as like no other.

For those who aren’t avid fans of it, watching regular season NBA basketball can be deceptive in terms of the barrage of three point shot attempts and the lack of fundamental defensive effort. If one didn’t know any better, they’d think the playground approach to the game is really what the playoffs will be all about and as a result, they look forward to a series of high scoring track meets that hopefully produce the type of highlight reel they’re currently accustomed to viewing.
