Another one of Arkansas' Class of 2025 signees will not be suiting up for the Razorbacks, as wide receiver Jace Brown has been released from his scholarship agreement with the school. Christina Long was first to report the news, which may have been expected by Hog fans after last month's sudden departure of four-star quarterback signee Madden Iamaleava, who flipped from UCLA with Brown in December before transferring to the Bruins after a spring semester in Fayetteville.

Missouri City (Texas) Ridge Point offensive lineman Hugh Smith has committed to the Arkansas Razorbacks' Class of 2026. Smith, 6-4, 300, announced his decision at approximately 9 a.m. Wednesday, becoming the Hogs' 15th commitment of the cycle and their second from Ridge Point High after wide receiver Robert Haynes IV joined last week. Smith chose the Razorbacks over Ole Miss, Missouri, Kansas State, Houston, Arizona State, Oklahoma State, Vanderbilt and others.

Arkansas added another transfer defensive lineman to its 2025 football roster on Tuesday in Frank Mulipola, 6-4, 275, of Texas Permian Basin. Mulipola was announced as signed by the Razorbacks, becoming their seventh transfer addition of the spring and 27th scholarship transfer addition of the offseason. Mulipola, who had 51 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss and 6 sacks as a redshirt-junior last fall, was an off-the-radar official visitor for Deke Adams and the Hogs this past weekend.
