A longtime Palm Beach couple bought a house on the North End in a deal that closed less than a week after they won approval from Town Hall for a mansion designed to replace their lakefront estate in Midtown. Investments manager Gerald “Jerry” R. Jordan Jr. and his wife, Darlene, paid $15.15 million for the renovated house built in 2008 at 259 Merrain Road, according to the deed recorded May 6.
