A longtime Palm Beach couple bought a house on the North End in a deal that closed less than a week after they won approval from Town Hall for a mansion designed to replace their lakefront estate in Midtown. Investments manager Gerald “Jerry” R. Jordan Jr. and his wife, Darlene, paid $15.15 million for the renovated house built in 2008 at 259 Merrain Road, according to the deed recorded May 6. The sale closed April 29, the MLS shows. The deed lists the Jordans’ address as their estate at 203 S.
