Former Ambassador to France Jamie D. McCourt bought the house at 1221 N. Lake Way for $19.2 million through a trust, the Palm Beach deed shows. A limited liability company linked to art dealer Mark Glimcher and designer Fairfax Dorn sold the house. It last changed hands in 2021 for $14.2 million. A New England car dealer is likely the buyer who just paid a recorded $11.5 million for an extensively remodeled 1940s-era house and its guesthouse on Chilean Avenue in Midtown Palm Beach. The price was recorded May 20 with the deed, and the sale included the furnishings. The two-bedroom main house and the separate one-bedroom guest cabana were sold by a Florida limited liability company named after the property’s address at 135 Chilean Ave., the deed recorded May 20 shows.
