KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - A driver was hospitalized Sunday afternoon after a car crashed into a building on 2nd Avenue in Kearney. The crash was reported around 1:50 p.m. near the intersection of 17th Street and 2nd Avenue, where the building housing Intellicom is located, according to the Kearney Police Department. Police said the vehicle was heading south on 2nd Avenue when it struck the guardrail multiple times on the overpass.

KEARNEY, Neb. (KSNB) - A car crashing into a building on 2nd Avenue in Kearney Sunday afternoon sends one to the hospital. The call went out at 1:50 p.m. for a vehicle crashing into a building at 17th St. and 2nd Ave. in Kearney where Intellicom is housed. KEARNEY, Neb. -- World Autism Awareness Day is recognized annually on April 2. Around 1 in 36 kids are diagnosed with autism, and its four times higher in boys than girls in the U.S., according to autismspeaks.org. A central Nebraska organization is making awareness for it a year-round effort. "The saying goes if you’ve met one individual with autism, you’ve met one individual with autism, because it’s just so completely different," Aaron Bly said. Bly is no stranger to autism.
