Missoula's housing market is still vastly unaffordable to those making median wages here, especially considering mortgage interest rates are still hovering around 7%. But there's been a tiny bit of relief so far in 2025, meaning buyers have a slightly better edge compared to where things stood in 2024. The median sales price of all 296 homes sold in the Missoula Urban Area so far in 2025 is $549,500. At this point last year, the median sales price was $559,500.
