RUSSIAVILLE, Ind. - A Russiaville man was recently arrested after he allegedly was involved in criminal sexual conduct with a minor. According to court documents, 37-year-old Benjamin Newlon has been charged with four counts of child molesting, each a Level 1 felony. A news release from the Russiaville Police Department and the Howard County Sheriff's Office said that on April 21, the department received a report concerning a suspect, later identified as Newlon, who reportedly molested a child.
