Lindsey Greene Gable paused for a couple of seconds and asked if that was right. Just for clarification purposes. She wasn’t quite sure. So, she was one of just 10 North Alabama student-athletes in school history to be named first-team all-conference for four consecutive years? In any sport? Yes. And yes. “I didn’t know that,” Greene Gable said. It’s true. Her dad will be likely to brag about it later. Maybe even tell her three daughters with husband Justin how good their mom was.

Pounders said he found around 10 plants recently but was successful in safely getting rid of them. Precautions are necessary to avoid unpleasant side effects, he added. “I used 2-4D, a broadscale herbicide,” Pounders said.
