    On September 9th, 2024, a three judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a ruling that the Arizona law protecting single sex sports fairness violated the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution. In short, their ruling requires Arizona to allow Biological Males to participate in Girls Only sports.

    Graphical Abstract Two-component peptide stapling is an appealing method for preparing enzymatically stable peptides with incorporated biologically relevant tags. An unprecedented approach, utilising the tryptophan-mediated multicomponent Petasis reaction (TMPR), facilitates the generation of stapled peptides and enables their late-stage functionalisation. A variety of examples are presented to highlight the advantages of the method.
