EDISON, NJ - On Thursday, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) temporarily banned flights of drones near 22 different New Jersey locations, including Edison. These locations are considered to have critical infrastructure, according to the FAA. These restrictions, which will last until January 17, are scattered over nine of the state's 21 counties.

PLAINFIELD, NJ – As residents and loved ones packed into the Plainfield High School auditorium on Saturday, hundreds of firefighters, police, and EMTs braved cold temperatures outside in support of Plainfield and its fallen firefighter, Marques “Huddy” Hudson. Hudson, a Piscataway resident, was tragically killed in a Plainfield fire on the morning of January 26. Firefighters and emergency personnel from all over New Jersey were on hand, some from New York City, Yonkers, and as far as Boston.
